With mindfulness as a base, clients with learn to manage stress, maintain strategic focus, enhance cognitive function, promote emotional intelligence and improve interpersonal relationships.
I am offering in person one-on-one coaching and mindfulness training. The focus is on the whole person, not just one particular part of their life. People aren’t compartmentalized. They are multi-faceted and dynamic, and working with the CTI model of coaching and mindfulness allows me to work with whatever topic my client chooses. Introduction to Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence - 8 week class
This 8 week /1hr per week program offers leading-edge Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) research and exercises training and techniques. Participants will learn simple mindfulness practices that are practical and can be easily incorporated into a busy work day. They will also gain awareness of the processing of emotions, and how to recognize and navigate intense experiences.
